theWALL@School on üks projekti 'Exceed the Wall' kesksemaid ettevõtmisi. Kahe riigi ning kolme linna koolide õpilastele korraldatakse ühised aruteluhommikud kohalike otsustajatega ehk esindajatega linnavalitsusest, maavalitsusest ning erinevatest linnas tegutsevatest asutustest - eesmärgiks seada paberile noorte ootused ja soovid ning kui mitte just lammutada, siis raputada noorte ning täiskasvanute mõttemaailma-vahelist müüri.
WHAT?
theWALL@School is one of the main activities of project 'Exceed the Wall'. Students of two countries and its three towns are asked to join "discussion-mornings" where they have a chance to meet with local decision-makers from local government representatives and members or leaders of different organisations which are working in region. Goal of those "discussion-mornings"? To set on paper expectations and dreams of youngsters and if not break then at least shake a little an imaginary wall between youngsters and adults ways of thinking.
KUIDAS?
Ajavahemikul jaanuar 2016 kuni veebruar 2016 korraldati Rakveres kokku 5 aruteluhommikut 4 kooli õpilastele. Nii gümnasistid, kui põhikooli lõpuklasside õpilased Rakvere Gümnaasiumist, Rakvere Reaalgümnaasiumist ja Rakvere Eragümnaasiumid ning kutseõppurid Rakvere Ametikoolist kohtusid kokku 20 kohaliku otsustajaga. Teemalaudkondade nagu "Kodulinna Troonide Mäng", "Üksinda Kodus", "Kuidas Ma Kohtasin Sinu Õpetajat" käigus kaardistati ning pakuti lahendusi aktuaalsetele murekohtadele, kui ka püüti üles leida positiivsed küljed, mis Rakvere meeldivaks muudavad.
HOW?
From January 2016 to February 2016 took place in total 5 "discussion-mornings" in Rakvere for 4 school students. High school students and also elementary school students from Rakvere Gymnasium, Rakvere Reaalgümnaasium, Rakvere Eragümnaasium and VET students from Rakvere Ametikool met with 20 local decision-makers in thematic tables like "Home Town Game of Thrones", "Home Alone" or "How I Met Your Teacher" during which they put on paper and proposed solutions for problems and tried to find positive sides of living in Rakvere.
